"We were first introduced to Karin Witt at one of their model homes on display in New Prague. After touring multiple homes during the “Parade of Homes” events, the Witt model home instantly stood out from the pack and allowed us to conquer our greatest challenge; finding the right builder and designer.

Our home build project was customized at every step; site preparation, design, landscaping, etc. Chris and Karin had the experience and skill to meet all of our customized requirements. Their individual capabilities complement each other nicely and they make a great team. Chris is a professional General Contractor and Karin a talented Designer. They are experienced, hardworking, responsive, and a delight personally to work with. We also found that their network of subcontractors and suppliers exhibit the same high standards.

On trips home to Minnesota, we had several pre-build sessions with Chris/team to educate us on the plan and ensure its success. During the build, Chris kept us informed on the status, the budget, and upgrades throughout the process. This was very important since we built during Covid, and supply chain issues could have impacted our timeline – because Chris was on top of ordering materials and scheduling sub-contractors, they finished right on time.
